The head chef (owner) coming from a background with 25+ years industry experience internationally, having worked at major leading hotels, large patisseries, bakers and cake businesses, he has gained his knowledge and experience from France, Japan and South Korea reaping end results, to many mesmerized by his unrivalled and far surpassing produced products compared to others.
